The development of deceptive behavior of robots is described, based on analysis performed on several animals’ behavior combined with game and interdependence theory algorithms which allow a robot to recognize situations and select the best deceptive strategy. In this study several experiments are mentioned and potential implications were identified. Social and ethical issues, as well as the compliance with laws of robotics are discussed and analyzed.
